The goal of the activity of employees representing the Department of Management Theory and Human Capital is in the sphere of:
- scientific - scientific research focused on the issues of modern management, interpersonal relations in the organization, application of modern technological solutions in management processes, including human resources management. Research is also carried out with foreign partners.
- didactic – introducing students at various levels of education to modern solutions in the field of organizational management, building processes within organizations and managing employee work in various social conditions
- organizational – participation of employees in the Council of Discipline, Faculty, Institute and support in work on the organization of work at the Institute of Economics, Finance and Management
- cooperation with the socio-economic environment – the possibility of conducting projects on improvements in management, audits and developing expert opinions
