Scientific activity
Research interests focus on the following aspects: human resources management in enterprises and public organizations with particular emphasis on issues such as talent management, Employer Branding, HR 4.0 and HR 5.0, but also in the area of building relationships between management concepts and human capital management in international and Polish practice. The overall dimension of scientific work is:
- achievements consisting of over 100 publications (including in Polish and foreign high-scoring journals, authorship and co-authorship of level II monographs)
- participation in research projects, both domestic and international (including the European Union Framework Project, International Visegrad Program, ESF - Sectoral Operational Program for Human Resources Development,
- research projects within the framework of the Jagiellonian University Excellence Initiative, own research and statutory activities of the Institute
- research reports on diagnosis and audits in selected public sector entities.
- participation in and participation in scientific conferences, both domestic and international, in Poland and abroad.
Scientific cooperation with foreign centers:
- permanent cooperation with Greenwich University London - Business School, in the field of scientific projects, publications and new research initiatives
- guest lectures and scientific research at foreign universities (visiting professor) including: at University College London, Friedrich-Alexander Universität, Erlangen - Nürnberg, Universite Robert Schumana, L'Ecole Superieueere de Comerce de Strsbourg, Ludwig-Maximilians-
- Universität München, Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze, Universidad de Sevilla, Universitatea din București Bucharest, Ekonomická Univerzita v Bratislave, Universidad de Málaga
Didactic activity (employee-led classes)
Teaching activity is based on four pillars of work:
- classes with students (lectures, exercises, conversation classes and workshops):

- Personnel Controlling
- Human Capital Management
- Management Concepts
- conducting seminars and supervising master's studies in the field of human resources management and management concepts in enterprises and public administration units.
- supervising doctoral theses at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences
- cooperation and support for the work of scholarship holders and interns within international programs for students (including the Lane Kirkland Program, the Polish-American Freedom Foundation, Scholarship Programs of the Government of the Republic of Poland, the Visgard Program)
