Scientific activity
The area of research interests covers issues related to human resource management, strategic communication, and economic psychology. The conducted studies focus on the competency potential and competency attractiveness of employees, the development of adaptive competencies in the professional environment, as well as the impact of new technologies—including artificial intelligence—on communication and management practices, as well as on public relations and brand management activities.

- Analyses of attitudes toward artificial intelligence in the PR and brand management industry, covering potential, awareness, practical use, emotions, and adaptive competencies.
- Research on Generation Z in the labor market – competencies, attitudes toward AI, and behaviors of employers representing different generations.
- Studies on Generation Z as employers: A new generation of leaders.

- Analysis of the competency potential of public administration employees – development of a theoretical model and a proposal for stages of competency development.
