Scientific activity

Her research interests focus on the formation of interpersonal relationships and behaviours, leadership skills, and non-verbal communication. She also has extensive practical experience in applying Horse Assisted Education as an experimental form of education and personal development, an effective tool for team-building, developing a problem solving mindset, leadership skills, communication, self-awareness and assertiveness.

Another area of interest is foreign language teaching methodology (TEFL, ESP), particularly Business English, with an emphasis on designing tasks that foster the development of communicative competence and the consolidation of business vocabulary.

British Council scholarship holder, having undertaken study visits at the Universities of Cambridge and Liverpool and teacher development training courses at Canterbury Christ Church College of Higher Education and Bell Saffron Walden, participant of numerous conferences and workshops organized by British Council, IATEFL, CUP, OUP and others in the field of methods of teaching English as a foreign language, English for Specific Purposes, Business English and developing language learning materials for particular educational contexts.

Research project

Participated in the 5th Framework Programme project PILOT – Policy and Innovation in Low Tech: Knowledge Formation, Employment & Growth Contributions of the “Old Economy” Industries in Europe.
