Scientific activity
My research interests is about occupational and work psychology, especially such areas as: burnout syndrome, workaholism, work engagement and work-related feelings and behaviors. So far, I have developed or carried out cultural adaptation of several research tools. Currently, I am interested in issues related to generational differences in the value system and their importance in the field of work.
